Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through zebass.shop. Zebass is operated by VELMARA LUXE LLC.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATION

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not currently ship internationally. Orders placed using an unsupported delivery address may be cancelled and refunded.

2. SHIPPING COST

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the United States.

No minimum purchase amount is required for free standard shipping.

3. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will be treated as having been received on the following business day.

4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and days when our fulfillment or delivery partners are not operating.

Processing time begins after payment has been successfully authorized and any required order verification has been completed.

5. TRANSIT TIME

After an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, the estimated transit time is 6–12 business days.

Carrier transit days are calculated Monday through Friday.

6. TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

The total estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date the order is placed.

This estimate includes:

- 1–3 business days for order processing.
- 6–12 business days for carrier transit.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, high order volumes, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing an order, customers receive an order-confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for checking that their name, products and delivery address are correct.

8. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

When an order has shipped and tracking information is available, we will send a shipping-confirmation email containing the tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking information may take additional time to become active after the package has been transferred to the carrier.

9. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

To request an address correction, contact us immediately at contact@zebass.shop.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Zebass is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

10. DELAYED ORDERS

If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at contact@zebass.shop and provide your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the carrier or fulfillment partner.

11. ORDERS MARKED AS DELIVERED

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

- Check the delivery location and surrounding area.
- Ask members of your household or building staff.
- Check with nearby neighbors where appropriate.
- Contact the delivery carrier.
- Contact us at contact@zebass.shop.

We will assist with reviewing the available delivery information, but delivery investigations and outcomes may depend on the carrier.

12. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at contact@zebass.shop.

Include:

- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Return eligibility and refund procedures are explained in our Refund and Return Policy.

13. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by emailing contact@zebass.shop.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has shipped, it must be handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.
